Education

Use your mental knowledge (I have attached materials you may need, always fact check) 

The materials you own are listed below. I am enough. Keep in mind you aren't controlling anybody but yourself and creating a new world for you. For ME!

Say this:

  • I own my body, I am a human,  now introduce what your body is including inside organs, piercing, tattoos. Male or Female. You are introducing yourself to yourself.  Look at your body inside and out when you are alone. Preferable through your own eyes. You may need a mirror. Do not take a photo or allow others to see you checking yourself. (you aren't seeking approval from anyone so dont show)
  • I own my fingerprints regardless if they are in a database, you are the owner of your body. I control my fingerprints. Don't be scared to touch your own body. 
  • I have mother nature, what is mother nature to you? Mother nature is outside. The wind, trees, grass, dirt/soil, seeds, flowers, leaves, rain, snow, hail, ice, thunderstorms, tornados, volcanoes.
  • I have elements of the Periodic table. (Elements definition: Things I need) Read over the periodic table, say each element listed. Tell yourself I am learning the periodic table this way you know you aren't using them all at once and they aren't coming to you now. 
  • I have substances. Substances are drugs prescriptions or none. Illegal or legal. (Keep in mind what you say and do while you remain silent cannot and won't be used against  you however remember where you got the substances from, who you got them from (this is people that would know you have the substances however they dont know what your doing and when.  I don't hear them and they can’t hear me. You might hear the movement of your physical body and hear the voice of who you spoke to, however its not in current time, so many people make a plan with thinking and not tell themselves what they are doing. Tell yourself your plan to be prepared. This will help you because you might hear the movements of the event when you picked up the substance or if it was delivered.  
  • I know about Earth, I live on the planet Earth. The Earth is made up of inner core, outer core, Mantle, crust. Surface of earth water and land and all the way up to the solar system. How many feet. 
  • I own the solar system sun, moon, earth, stars  list planets you believe in? Keep in mind you might have believed in Pluto as a planet.  Make sure you are strong in what you believe in. or are you one that will change their mind about Pluto either way define it to yourself.
  •  If you once believed in or heard girls are from venus and boys are from mars change this. You know humans come from Earth. Refine what you believe in and know to be true. I am from Earth. 
  • I have Metals, list the metals you want. 
  • I will not describe things I want, or say the name I will define what it takes to make it. I will start at the first stage, what each thing I want is made with. The above items should be needed to make all things around us.  
  • You need to stay still afterwards to allow what you are creating to come to you. You may see something or hear what is happening, however don't do anything just wait. You will hear and see how it’s made and maybe feel it. However this is the movement of your creation. It will come to you. If you leave where you are this will follow you even for a quick walk and not come whole since air/wind could of moved it from the whole ingredients. 
  • I have power, if someone says something about you or how you feel no need to argue or prove them wrong. You teach yourself the right way and why. I explain things to myself. Myself will form a better knowledge. However, don't let yourself think negatively about yourself. You have an inner self. Correct what you hear from those in front of you. 
  • I know how to count, when you want out of the adult activity, lay down and count to 100. This should calm down things around you and your mind.
  • In this world there are no animals, bugs, or other humans. You can love, have family, be in a relationship, believe in a higher power,  however during this adult activity book all you have is yourself. I can depend on myself.
